Have you already submitted a support ticket? I went ahead and submitted a ticket informing them about the problems the gift codes for this game have. Petrell can't redeem his code either and the code probably isn't redeemable until the 11th.

There was also a situation where myself and makr3la redeemed a game at the same time. I don't believe that wpegg was charged twice for the game and if he was it was never mentioned. Since the game hasn't showed up on any shelves I believe that people just can't redeem the game yet.

Checked my email first thing this morning and got a reply from the support staff. It was an error on the site and it's been fixed so the gift codes can be redeemed. Checked out my shelf and it's not there so I don't believe there were multiple copies given out. Congrats to whoever redeemed it because it looks like it will be a real good game :)

It has now been redeemed, but it's not on my shelf either, so either we've all been ninja'd, or it will appear once the game is released....

To everyone worried about KneeTheCap's situation - it's already solved now by support so he wont get any troubles because of this buggy code. :)
