Maybe each game has a limit to how many times it can be won ?

What I did was compared the list of games on my account with the ones being reported as Pot O' Gold selections. After a couple of transactions, I started noticing that I could not longer checkout for myself and instead had to do a gift order. The reasoning in the gift order was that my shopping cart contained "X number of games" that I already owned. After doing it 25 times for a small trial pool (and getting that message every time) I finally tried again and would have been able to complete the order for myself meaning the Pot O' Gold game would have been one I didn't own and possibly one from the known list.

I'm continuing to try and test these out because I have nothing better to do right now and will post if I find anything of value.

I've seen both Deponia 3 and Memoria, but not together. So I doubt there's such a limit imposed.

Sure sounds like. ah well... odds of getting something i dont want probably has gone up if this is the case

I rolled Premonition and Cognition together, as well as Amnesia+Memoria+Aarklash and Deponia+Premonition+Outlast. The last one was a 84.95 value for tenbux.

Actually, here's an idea: it might limit the total discount on pot games to, say, 90% max. And if you already have the cheaper games, it won't pick the expensive ones for the pots.

I'm missing a total of 4 games. Cognition, Amnesia, Deponia 3 and Memoria. So far, I have gotten Cognition+Amnesia, and I've also gotten Cognition+Deponia, and possibly Amnesia+Memoria. I haven't seen though Deponia+Memoria.
Didn't really pay attention to the other titles, but Deponia 3+Memoria+3xShooters should be possible ($58).

Oh well, roll some more it seems.

I think it's "mostly" made up of the games already listed above (ALL FIVE of mine were pot of gold and ALL FIVE are in that small list, what is it, less than 20 games and all five are there?? I'm not just basing this on my results either, I've been reading the results of others.

It "seems" like there's a list of probably 30 or so games that the bulk are going to be, and then maybe some sort of real low percentage to get games outside that list maybe???? I mean obviously they aren't going make the odds of getting AoW 3 the same as getting one of those above, but within those price ranges it still seems to be limited results.

Definitely not that case, my last roll was Aarklash, Memoria, Deadly Premonition, Penumbra, and Amnesia: AMFP.

Seems everything is just weighted so the odds of getting the pricey ones are low enough that multiple are rather unlikely.

I have gotten everything from the list with the exception of Deponia 3 and Memoria (which is on my wishlist btw and none of the other games was).

All futher attempts (about 50) with 5 Pots of Gold have created an "order contains 5 games you already own" response.

Currently I am assuming that Deponia 3 and Memoria are either

a) very rare
b) no longer in the selection (maybe only limited keys were available?)
c) tied to a specific cart condition (cart value at least $X?)
d) not available to me personally as a Pot of Gold find (maybe due to my location in Germany?)

I had hoped for Alien Shooter, but ok.

Yup. I got Unepic+4 pots, and I ended up with Cognition, Memoria, Outlast, and Goodbye Deponia. I did another roll to check what would happen, and it was the same list with Amnesia AMFP instead of Memoria.

I can't seem to get all four Shooter titles at once. I keep getting three of them, Geneforge 1-5 and Avernum: The Complete Saga every time. Guess I'll have to buy one of those packs then roll up the other with the Alan Wake games. Otherwise I'll probably never get Memoria in the mix.

Man you would have loved my 2nd roll, all 4 shooter games+Penumbra.
