I watched this interview on the Daily Show last week... they had a lady on the show who's written a book on Area 51. She said she had found out that the Roswell UFO was actually sent by Stalin, and that the aliens were some kind of Soviet midgets.

No, its not exactly secret forums. But a message board where people share their thoughts on conspiracies etc. They have very in-depth threads on the various 9-11 conspiracies.
