i have buy the premium edition of TW2(Italian version). but i have problem.

during activation i receive some error message( activation failed and invalid serial number). I have try much times to retype the code key, on manual this is correct but the message are the same, key invalid.

I have try on online support of securom but the error are the same.

in detail:

first activation failed

after i have try manualy activation, but impossible write in the white section of serial numer(i don't know why)
