its a new adventure game on kickstarter.
I'm pretty excited for this.

"It’s like opening a dusty old desk drawer and finding an undiscovered LucasArts adventure game you’ve never played before."
It looks good. It also looks like they've tailored the announcement to reassure people that may have been spooked by the Broken Age campaign ("We're keeping it totally retro! It's our sole, full-time job!").
The goal is a bit high but achievable.

Anyone remember this from Monkey Island 1? :P

haha! That's fantastic.
I'm looking forward to this :)
This looks amazing!
I really, really hope this reaches its funding goal. After all, since this is Ron Gilbert, it'd actually get made (and finished) in time.
Sweeeet! Will keep an eye on it, as there's no mention of DRM-free.
Looks interesting. I'd also wait for confirmation of the DRM-free release and Linux version too.
This looks awesome! I hope they reach their goal.
Nice project, but.. it seems too much Maniac Mansion and less Monkey Island style for my tastes :P

It's overpriced - $20 is what you'd pay for the final product, not this. Its budget is way too high too for a game of this style. I was never a big fan of the art style of Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders - he should have gone for Monkey Island II or Day of the Tentacle.

Despite this I might have backed this but he's a Sarkeesian lover so I won't. I boycott any of her "fans".

From Update 2 - Thimblewood Park is DRM-free!
What's the word on it coming to GOG?

Vote for it on the wishlist:
