Got my downloader all downloaded, set up and ready to go. Starts up fine and i set it to have a firewall exception like usual, but when it asks me for my e-mail and password it never gets logged in. I'm not running any particularly exotic OS or anything (just regular ol' Windows XP) so I can't think of what it could be. I even changed my password to make sure I didn't have a typo in it the first time.

Any ideas?

Are you using the new launcher or the Adobe AIR based old one? Go to your game shelf, click a game, click the "?" next to "Add to Downloader" and download. There have been issues reported by people with older versions.

Strange. I haven't heard any login issues when someone is using the latest version. Have you tried contacting support?

That's my next step. I was hoping it was something simple I was just forgetting, but oh well...
