For sure it was vandal proof glass with anti shatter foil. That's very hard to get trough.

Everyone knows that if you want to properly break a store front window you need to score it first. 10 seconds with a glass cutter and one throw will take it out. :D

You're going about this all wrong. What you need to do is get your city a popular sports team, have them win the championship and then when the celebration/riots start you get someone else to break the window for you.
I mean that's only what, two extra steps?
