Anyone have an idea of what the chances are of the following games being released on GOG.com?
Quest for Glory series
Laura Bow
Eco Quest series
Hell, I'd even love seeing all of the old type-interface Sierra games come out on GOG. Can anyone give me an idea of the probability of this?

Best chance is to add them or vote for them in the Wish List
There is already a Kings Quest IV - V - VI Bundle.
7000%
Quest for Glory and Laura Bow really deserve GOG release. I own both games in the Laura Bow series. Even better, my copy of Colonel's Bequest is in MINT condition including the note pad and pencil. Worth a lot more than what I paid.
I don't know...could consult the wishlist..or one of the already 1000 threads about this...

That's not what I asked. You aren't very helpful. You drank a large dose of haterade before you posted a reply. Very rude. It's amazing how rude people are nowadays.
Is Black Mirror a Sierra game? I heard it was quite good...

I apologise on his behalf, but we do get a rather lot of these sorts of threads.
There is no simple answer to such a question, as GOG is rather secretive with what games are in the pipeline (for various good reasons).
Activision is now here though, and Sierra was merged into Activision a while back. That means there is a chance of these games arriving, we just don't know when that will be.
I certainly would buy them in a second if they did arrive, I'm a big sierra adventure game fan.
Here's hoping it's sooner rather than later, eh?
Lets rephrase the question. Does anyone know of anything like the Atari/Hasbro litigation or the IP Rights Holder issues for SS2, that would hold up these games? In other words, anything beyond just getting a single company to say "Go for it!"?

You might also be considered rude, for not reading the sticky thread named "Welcome, please read!" before posting a question of this sort. It contains, among other things, a link to the FAQ, which would have told you why a question like this might get you a negative reaction from some of the other forum members.

NEVER.
GOG staff reads each "I want game X nao!" thread and selectively denies us those games. So say goodbye to System Shock 1 and 2, guys and gals.

I was thinking about saying that.
I almost wish they would.

I could be considered rude? Sure, by someone who needs a dictionary... I wasn't rude... Negligent, maybe... Guilty of being a newb, sure... But RUDE? I think not. Plus, it was just as intended as conversation peice for the other GOG users as it was a question to the GOG folks. However, I realize now that I have spent more than two sentences on discussing this, INSTEAD of discussing the games in question, so I will simply presume that you have fallen in line and will now back to waching a group of Asian kids doing the yes dance.

It was more a matter of you getting angry at the responses you got. If you'd read the FAQ, you'd have known already that that's what would probably happen, and more importantly, you'd also know why, and maybe even understand it.
Regardless, it is, as you say, not worth wasting any more time on. Personally, I've only ever played the very first Quest For Glory (back when it was called Hero's Quest) out of the ones you mentioned. I do think all the Sierra Classics definitely belong here on GOG, though.
