Incoming + Incoming Forces
Way of the Cossack
(hang on, let me check my Gate library - there's some pretty big floppers in it)
Dragon Blade: Cursed Land's Treasure
Devil Whiskey
No Time to Explain
The Fallen Gods - Chapter 1
War World (very well polished but more simple and bland than an Atari 2600 game)
Then on Steam:
Brainpipe
Doc Clock
Apox

Sacrifice. by far.
Just messing with you Licurg.
I'm kind of confused that so many of my favourite games ended up here, I can understand people not liking them, but being the worst they own seems a bit too much.
My pick would be... World of Zoo, i never played it actually and don't even plan too, I just got it because bought the THQ bundle on steam, and could gift it to anyone.

I'm not sure which game Id consider the worst. The only one I remember actively not liking it much was Enclave on GOG, but that's still far from a really bad game. I didn't think And Yet it Moves was that bad, and it was short anyway. I guess most games that seem probable to become the worst are still in my backlog, as I never feel like playing them.
I can make a special mention for Snuggle Truck, though, as it's the only game I'm ashamed to have tied to my Steam account. Damn Humble Bundle, putting it there without warning. I think I may still contact Steam support just to get it out of there, and if I still want to play it, it's DRM-free as well anyway.

"Worst" game that everyone says is terrible even though I really enjoyed it - Hellgate: London. I actually still play it occasionally, though I only ever did single-player.
Worst game on its own merits: The NES E.T. game. The intro screen and sound effects terrified me as a child (the game belonged to my older sister) and later, when I got older, the gameplay terrified the rest of me. While I don't own a NES anymore, I do still have a copy of E.T. in a box in the basement.

The smiley implies that you're joking, but if you're not, I must say your life must be very pleasant.
As for me, Fahrenheit. Holy shit. The game startsed out alright, but around halfway through I was fed up with the fact that it should actually have been made as a movie instead of a collection of QTE's that have nothing to do with what's going on but distract you from it anyway. Then the plot turned into Dragonball Z with extra bullshit, and the final three hours or so of the game were just downright insulting.

Besides which, in the grand scheme of Atari titles, is it really that much worse?

And what if I told you, that EE is the best AoE clones made? :P
And I enjoyed the campaigns! Especially the medieval one (main protagonist shouting "ŚMIERĆ POGANOM!" /in Polish version was the best :D)
I like the game mechanics. I get it, it's not easy to figure out on your own how the mechanics work, cause they work differently than in most RTS games, but it's nothing really strange.
OK, pathfinding isn't the best, but it's one of the first 3D strategy game this big. I remember when it came out, people were like OMG this game is SO BIG and BEAUTIFUL.
OK, pessants should change into "working robots" or something like that in future eras, but when you say it's one of the reasons this game is the worst RTS ever made I'd say WTF. It's like saying Starcraft is stupid, because you use pickaxes in FUTURE on different planets.
To this day, EE remains the only RTS game with such long timespan, and I enjoy playing it till today. Beggining as a cavemen, ending with nuke bombing everything around is fun.
Empire Earth 2 is fun as well.
EE3 on the other hand...

EDIT: found a LP of the game. I'm at college, so I can't here the sound (and have no idea if the LPer is irritating or not), but at least you will get an idea of what the game is like, and why it's so bad.
