hehe haha hoho. No.

A tie of sorts between Persona 4 Golden and The Cat Lady. Both have great emotional significance for me. Persona 4 helped me through a hard time in my life and acted as my 'escape' at the time. It was the game that got me into JRPGS, and I quickly fell in love with the story and more so, the characters. I found them very relatable, and almost wished I really knew people like that.
Overall, it was such a great experience for me, and recommend it to anyone, even if you're not a fan of JRPGS.

The Cat Lady was also a very relatable title, as it covered depression to a large degree, which I have suffered from in the past. While I'm largely over it now, it still really struck a chord with me, and I found the characters to feel so real.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you aren't speaking for me (I doubt you meant that literally).

My favorite game of all time... That's a tough question, I have so many. Contenders are Medieval II, Super Mario Sunshine, the Legend of Zelda: the Wind Waker, Metroid Prime 2/3/Zero Mission, A Link to the Past, Smash Bros melee, Battlefield 2... I guess I can't pick one.
Today I'll say Test Drive Unlimited 2 --- a casual open-world arcade racing game

It has an enormous open-world to drive around in, a good selection of cars, a great number of racing events for single-player, Sims-like elements where you can buy houses and clothes for your guy, two different islands to drive around on, weather effects, a cockpit view. I loved to just jump into the game and drive around, doing nothing in particular.

It's virtually impossible to choose though. My favourite games of all time includes: Forza 3, Gran Turismo 5, WRC Rally Evolved, SBK Generations, Formula One Championship Edition, GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption, Master Of Orion 2, Alpha Centauri, Nexus the Jupiter Incident, Civilization 4, Tex Murphy Under a Killing Moon, Myst, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Kane & Lynch 2, Earth Defence Force 2017...and a few more.

With such an eclectic range how the heck do I choose just one to represent me ?!

For me it's impossible to say for sure because I consider different genres to be completely different experiences, can't really quantify the enjoyment of my favourite game from one genre compared to that of another.

Even sub-genres, I mean I consider Planescape: Torment and the first Dragon Age (I should really play the new one) to be among my favourite games, but I couldn't begin to compare them because I enjoyed them for different reasons. Then you add a different genre curve ball with one of the cherished games of my childhood and throw in something like Wonderboy III: The Dragon's Trap and I just give up.

Saying that, I submitted a top 15 list for the Shacknews top 100 (PC only) games thing a while ago. Even though I'd probably consider all the top 10 to be joint first place, after some thinking #1 for me was Secret of Monkey Island, so take from that what you will. It didn't even break the top 100. >:(
