If you happen to know the reason why a particular game was pulled or what's preventing it from being re-released, please post here. Which of the removed games would you like to see return to GOG? Do you know of any games that are likely to be pulled in the near future?

Vote for them on the wishlist:

Chessmaster 9000
Colin McRae Rally 2005
ObsCure
Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis (including Red Hammer Expansion Pack)
Perimeter
Republic: The Revolution
Second Sight
Soldiers: Heroes Of World War II
Space Rangers
Space Rangers 2: Dominators/Reboot
TOCA Race Driver 3

IIRC, Colin McRae Rally 2005 and TOCA Race Driver were removed due to expired licensing contracts with car manufacturers. They are extremely unlikely to return.
When was Second Sight removed? Man that and Space Rangers(until it was brought up a couple days ago in another thread) went away without me noticing.

Aside from Operation Flashpoint/Arma has any game that was removed from GOG ever returned?

Original War
Does anyone have any idea why some of the pulled games are available elsewhere but haven't returned here? Do they have exclusive deals or is GOG just not pursuing their return to the catalog?

Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising on Greenman Gaming
ObsCure on GamersGate
Republic: The Revolution on GamersGate
Space Rangers on Steam
Space Rangers 2: Reboot on Steam
Space Rangers 2: Reboot on GamersGate

What sucks is that when a game is removed, its associated user content gets removed, too. So no reviews or GOGmix comments (e.g. there was a funny note about Perimeter in TotalBiscuit's mix). At least the subforum stays.
The first one is written "out of stock" and apparently can't be bought and for the second one you can only download the demo, not buy it either.
