The one I most regularly keep returning to is Sensible World of Soccer.
Commandos, Crusader: No Remorse, just about anything Might and Magic.
Batman: Arkham City - I just can't get enough of it's awesome combat system
Wing commander series
Monkey Island - I just never get tired of the early games

You can kick back and listen to the radio while letting your brain melt.
Probably Binding of Isaac or FTL. I don't have a lot of time to play nowadays so rogue-likes come in handy.

My brother!

I even recently found a way to play AOE1 in 1440x900, which is beyond awesome.

Ever played Dungeons of Dredmor? It's my roguelike of choice. One of the best around (with expansions).

Gran Turismo or Soulcalibur series.

I can spend hours just taking picture of pretty cars or customizing characters. Especially in SC V.

I'd rather play MGS4 and take pictures of pretty ladies... :P

Took time just to break their armours :p

Also in Soul Calibur V you can customize what those pretty ladies wear ;)

I actually bought Dungeons of Dredmor a while ago, played the tutorial and put on my pile of "games to play when I have more time".

Guess I'll give it another shot today, thanks for the reminder!
Ultima games from 4 on up, including the Underworlds.

Another vote for Minecraft as well.
