Ermm...I'm sorry, what?
Ahh, I'm so used to seeing that stuff, I mentally fix transposition errors and just read what they're supposed to say.
Suppose a "large hardon collider" could well be the inspiration for a gay porn movie but I'd have to sit there nitpicking the scientific inaccuracies

DarrkPhoenix: I'm surprised this typo hasn't occurred more often.

Anyone using a word processor with a half-decent spell check won't make this mistake; "hadron" and "hard-on" are both accepted, but "hardon" is not. Titles are far more susceptible to typos than body text since they are more likely to be done on the fly without sufficient checking, which is why this mistake is in the title only. The only way you could make this typo in body text while actually paying attention to the spell check would be if you thought that the word was marked because it wasn't in the word processor's dictionary (something no good journalist would assume).

Haha I know what you mean, I didn't get it until I looked at the comments.

Or the moral inaccuracies... OH SNAP GAY PEOPLE
It could make a good morality tale. A what-if scenario based on the theory that the LHC would destroy the world (or at least make it all Falllouty, easier to stage than a planet being shattered by a singularity) and whether it's morally right to put society at risk, no matter how small, for the sake of scientific advancement.
It can star the physicist who's fatal miscalculation destroyed society and the environmental scientist who's predictions of disaster were tragically prophetic. The film can cover their arguments, their recriminations, the debates over "crossing that line that man was not meant to cross" and of course their throbbing erections.
Why the hell am I trying to get into IT when I clearly have a talent for making up bullshit porno stories?

Because nobody watches porn for the stories. You know that.
