It seems you have a total of 1792MB.
As Nirth noted, the Memory Modules are your RAM sticks.
Since you're a nano-augmented bionic man, they're in your fucking BRAIN.

Unless I'm missing something I meet the minimum requirements for ArmA 1 correct?

I would hazard a guess that your GPU is the issue. .

The requirements are listed in small text here on arma 1 page. Your CPU barely meets its requirement (2.2ghz over 2.0ghz) but your GPU I'm not sure as I don't know of the series you have. The import requirement seem to be Shader Model 2.0 and there's a possibility yours doesn't have that unfortunately.

I recall a thread you stating that you plan on buying a new computer so it won't matter much then but in case you won't, upgrading the GPU alone to meet arma's requirement won't be that expensive becauseof the age of the game.
arma 1 ? wiki says "Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce 6800 series or ATI Radeon X800 series or higher"
so you should be able to run it fine.
the ati x1000 series do support sm3.0 so its not a an issue , i have a ati x1400 it can run mass effect 3 well just to compare

But GeForce 6800 and Radeon X800 suggest a level of rendering power, not just shader requirements. If he has an X1300 then that would be slower than these chips.

hmm could be the game might run slower but , it will run
