Which reminds me I hadn't seen you in a while... probably my fault since I bailed on that mafia game in summer.

Now I only need to find Thespian. The giveaway directory feels fake without his single-posted pages.

Eh, I liked the alien theory better. I'll keep pretending that his name is Gordon Shumway and that he's vacationing on his home planet Melmac (human designation C2H6O)...

As for all the well wishers, I am stone sober, I just have a lot of no frills recoup to go through, getting my strength and senses (well okay I never had those) back. I'll be back and in fact I think with the sun going down I might have a little bout of Terraria or AvP to start the healing process. After the last week, climbing upside down and decapitating people with an inner jaw should be simple. :D

Just trust me, if alcoholism didn't kill Brian Jones or Keith Moon, then it's not gonna kill me!!!!!

Okay.......bad examples. :P

Wait... Hope you're still going to be funny now you're sober though! :-P

I bailed on it too! I have been making the occasional post on the forum since then, but not many.

Hey! Welcome back from the pits of hell! Now I hope the future will be better!

Been fighting the habit too. Once heard someone say about Old Tibet:
A person who was thinking to oneself, "It's time to stop drinking," would go to visit a master of some kind,
and say: "What to do, I have this problem with drinking."

The master or teacher or whoever would consider this, and then give an answer: "Stop drinking."

I dig the story, even with its sort of impossible madness it makes me laugh.

Btw. Should be nothing to be ashamed of. Good to have someone around who slaps you around at least mentally, when you are going too fast. I can say from experience :)
