Anyone but Pierce Brosnan, not that I think he was a horrible Bond but I just can't help it, something about him just really annoys me.
I'm sure it's been said but Goldfinger. It's got pussy galore...

P.S. My actual favorite is Goldeneye, simply because it spawned the game which practically ruined by childhood.
Dalton was approached before Moore for the role, and turned it down because he felt he was too young. "Look me up in 10 years, if you still want me".
To me, even growing up on Connery and Moore, Dalton's was by far the better Bond.
Connery's accent grated. Moore was far too glib and unserious, even when it was needed.
Lazenby.....mediocre....at best.

(incidentally, someone a couple pages back claimed he was British - Not by 8,000 miles he wasn't. He was Australian ;) )

Brosnan....tried too hard, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Not bad as Bond, but not great.

Daniel Craig is....a harsher Brosnan, I 'd have to say. He's trying, the remake/reboot of Casino Royale was fairly good, but QoS seemed a bit too tacky, and rushed, and not sure of itself.

Edit : Afterthought - If you like Dalton, as an actor, you could do worse than look up what, in my opinion, is his finest work : Hawks. Co-starring that guy who played Dr Mark green in ER.
Really moving, funny, serious, and all round good film!

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by Daniel Craig's portrayal. Sean Connery is still #1, imo, but if DC continues to do solid work, he has an outside chance of taking the title.

Oh my gosh! I COMPLETELY agree with you! And I'm not even sure why he annoys me, but he has ever since Remington Steele.

Daniel Craig is my personal favorite - positively reeks of testosterone, yet manages to also give an aura of class.
Moore and Brosnan just always seemed a bit effeminate to me. I never really buy their action scenes because they don't actually look strong enough to pull it off. That's what I always liked about Sean Connery. He looked like he could tear into most anybody. So I guess my list is more about (what I perceive as) masculinity.

1) Sean Connery
2) Daniel Craig
3) Timothy Dalton
4) George Lazenby
5) Roger Moore
6) Pierce Brosnan.

This would not be my order if I were ranking quality of movies.
I actually didn't mind Pierce Brosnan as Bond that much, even though Die Another Day was goddamn ridiculous (invisible cars with infinite missiles, anyone?), however there is no debate as to who the best Bond. It's Sean Connery.

Goldenyeye for N64 was truly a great game. I played it when I was visiting my brother. So happened also with Zelda: ocarina of time. Later when he needed money, I bought the system and played few more games. Perfect dark and another zelda. Then year later I gave it back to my brother. Pointless prattle? Yes. Memories? Priceless.

Balderdash! Balderdash and Piffle I say! Everyone knows his greatest role was in Flash Gordon! His prince Barin is nigh on definative!

But yes he comes in at number 2 for one he's the first Bond to actually act like the one in the books

Haha damn, I haven't thought about the movie in years! Reminds me I actually used to have the terrible DOS game based on the movie too! I believe it was called Rocket Ranger or something. Kinda forgot that was Dalton in that.
