Fosterinn: What is the driver version that you are using with your graphic card. This can be found by opening up catalyst control center->Information-Software and catalyst version.

I would recommend upgrading to the 13.9. I always make sure that I am always using the latest graphics drivers to ensure that I am playing with the best. Here is the link for you. Try it and let us know how it works.
