Well, the answer is a simple phrase. Easy to distribute. Easy enough to create 100 gog accounts and submit 100 right answers, increasing your chances.

Not the way I play, but I recognize the possibility. Perhaps there is a suspicious characteristic to the entrants and they're wondering how to handle the situation. On the surface, judging the contest seems straightforward, but perhaps they're dealing with an unexpected twist.

Still, like you, I am wondering.

Probably thousands. Just think of the userbase that GOG has or has to have in order to operate. Besides, the crossword really wasn't that hard. Expect a chance of 0.01% win at BEST. Anyway, I haven't heard of them announcing the winners yet (in any contest). Give 'em time, because like they said, they were overwhelmed by the number of entries. Plus they still have a business to run while they go through them.

Not yet. Here's the thread. Maybe, maybe not. They will announce that they'll have determined the winners, as seen here, but we won't necessarily get a full list. It was easy, so my guess is "a whole damn lot". You'll get a PM if you win. You don't have to watch the forum. You now have a purple response. Hope that helps.
