Actually, companies and businesses are not greedy, it’s those who own and operate them that are the greed stricken wealthy people, who use fictitious entities called corporations to avoid personal liabilities for what they do.

And they worship wealth in itself as a virtue, and lust for power and control, which is why they insist that DRM is necessary, and that every gamer, consumer is a thief in waiting, not to be trusted to do the right thing, because they themselves are unworthy of trust...

You are preaching to the choir. Corps and Businesses are not bad or evil but those that control and run the ones that are perceived so. Greed is the biggest problem in the world today, if you think about it.

My sentence was not meant as a factual representation of the current situation concerning existing juristic persons or structures with the aim to earn money. It was more a joke :).

Apart from that I completely agree to the stated opinions. What bothers me also is that those juristic "persons" have many rights that a human has.

This is the result of the marriage between Corporate influence and Government power...
