Something I was wondering about. I certainly don't want as much as the Humongous Entertainment titles, and wouldn't expect GOG to worry about them unless there was a random spike in interest in the wishlist; however, I grew up with (what I think are fun) HI titles like [url=http://www.gog.com/en/wishlist/games/frogger_1997]Frogger (1997), Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge, Pac-Man: Adventures in Time, and Breakout. (as well as some 3D versions of board games like Yahtzee, Monopoly, etc., but that's not the focus here)
I was wondering, assuming they decided to try to bring them here, would GOG be up against a brick wall because of the characters used in those games? I'm assuming Hasbro licensed them from companies like Konami, Namco, etc.; would GOG or Hasbro have to renew the right to use those characters if they wanted to sell these games again? Or do you think the original contract gave Hasbro the right to put these games up for re-sale w/o having to get the companies' permission again. (something like that)
