Hey, guys. I've always been a lurker in these forums and decided to post something. :)

Anyone here on GOG interested in these games? These games are really good and available on Steam (except Legend of Heroes but it will be in the future). Haven't bought them because I never really liked Steam (although I made an exception with Dark Souls, LOL, but I actually bought it on GamersGate).

Any reason why these games aren't coming to GOG? Been waiting for the Ys games to come out here since forever and hopefully the Legend of Heroes.

Well, they're japanese, for some reason japanese developers seem to not like DRM-free very much.

Can't GOG work out a deal with or convince them or something? Maybe negotiate with XSeed since they're the ones localizing them?

Sometimes communication can be difficult with the language barrier, but I don't know if it's the case here, or how much XSeed is allowed to do on their own.

I hate to spam the forum with links to the wishlist, but I think this is really the most we can do here, try to make GOG aware that we want these games.

The Sega stuff too - like the megadrive emulated games - Shining series (in the darkness, force) and Landstalkers
There's Saturn and DC platform stuff too like NiGHTS into Dreams and Sonic Adventures!

Oh and FF7 fro Squeenix, obviously!

Get the UMD PSP versions, they're practically DRM-free.

I wish they release YS Seven on pc one day. It's quite a good game :) (have it on PSP) .

I have but never finished them due to the screen size. I hated that everything looked so tiny, LOL. Especially in Ys Oath in Felghana, those gold coins were easy to miss due to how tiny they were.

I love playing handheld games on my 3DS, but these games were originally made for a bigger screen.
