And it would be helpful if you could mention an order number of a game you purchased at their store.

Are you sure your account got deleted (and not just a problem with your password)? I don't know that store, but seems a bit strange that they would just delete your account.
Though if one googles it, that store doesn't seem to have a good reputation.

It seems I forgot my password at first. Then I tried their forget password feature for every email address I have since 2012 and no password reset email showed up. Then I created new accounts with every email address I've had since 2012... So I'm thinking they deleted my account because I haven't actually purchased anything from them(or maybe they just fucked up). There was one game on my account and I got it for free when they were doing a giveaway. A $20 game though and a good one. I would if I could but I thought because McGame.com is a German store, it wouldn't be too horrible to post in English here. In any other forum, I doubt anyone would know about McGame.com.

Don't be such a stupid German and spread rumours about a shop that you obviously know nothing about.
McGame also owns gamesrocket.de. Both stores are completely trustworthy. Gamesrocket often
has sales. They offer some DRM-free games that are not on Gog.

Ich hab ja auch deutlich gemacht, dass ich das nicht aus eigener Erfahrung kenne.
Aber wenn man googelt, findet man wirklich sofort jede Menge schlechte Bewertungen.
Außerdem klingt McGame wie McDonalds...letzteres steht m.E. für schlechtes Essen. Also wäre es ja logisch, dass McGame für schlechte Spiele/schlechten Service steht.

Man könnte also auch sagen: GOG mit anderem Namen.

Ich persönlich bin von den Problemen bei Gog nicht so betroffen, da ich fast nur alte Spiele spiele...aber wenn man neuere Titel spielt und auf Patches angewiesen ist, ist sicherlich vieles sehr fragwürdig.
Dass die Seite hier insgesamt immer schlechter wird bzw. Gog vieles offenkundig egal ist, steht sowieso außer Frage.

Well they did delete my account for no good reason.

Well you was bruteforcing their storefront by nonsensically opening up account after account with the same IP (and for no good reason) instead of contacting the support, and hence the site admin (who apparently is a pro) just wanted to get rid of all that dead files in his db.

Nah, I did all that after they deleted my account. And I did it for a good reason. I did it to help me determine if they deleted my account or not.
