2020.3.22购买的巫师3，然后发现买多了就申请退款但是快三个星期了客服一直没有回复，连封邮件都没有，疫情各方面延迟我理解但是这已经两个多星期就不是效率的问题了吧，gog的政策不是保证退款吗，而且我连下载都没有
