When i select that resolution , texts and ui are flickering a little and are blured, Menu screen seems very tiny too.

My monitor work on 1920x1080 at 60 Hz . I have a 770GTX . My other games work pretty well so i dont know where that comes

The menu screens do not scale unfortunately - they are always stuck at a low res (800x600, possibly?). The main game should though, although the UI gets progressively smaller.

As for your issue with the flickering - have you tried patching the game with the critical rebuild patch? One of the players in my co-op group had something similar that was fixed by doing this. Other than that all I could suggest would be to play about with the various graphics options - perhaps turning off everything and seeing if it works, then turning things back on again one at a time until you discover what caused it.

Good luck!

Critical rebuild patch is the 1.69 update ?

If it is , yes , the game is patched yet . (i've used this link https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/other/patch/169-critical-rebuild-english)

I'm going to turn off some graphics options to see what happens.

Yep, that's the one. It can't hurt to apply it if you haven't already.

You could also try running in compatibility mode for XP and running as administrator.
No changes when i try these ways.

That bug hurts my eyes, I have never seen something like that before haha.

Sadly, the issue with the font in current resolutions is not a bug, but a limitation from the game being developed at that time.

You can try to use mods available at Nexus to "fix" the issue with certain degree of success.
I don't remember if I used this: http://www.nexusmods.com/neverwinter/mods/819/? or a similar one.

I remember that not all the text were escalated, but character sheet, description and dialogue were, so was enough for me.

P.d. The critical rebuild patch... well, on those forums that thing is a question of faith. I Personally had never required.
I suggest setting the resolution to 1280x768. Left and right there will be narrow black stripes.
It will look almost the same but without the UI flickering issue.
And the text fonts will be large enough to read comfortably.

UI should never flicker. That is a problem with GPU Drivers/OS setup, not the game.

I know for a fact that the game support up to 2560 x 1600, as I have run it at that resolution flawlessly, with no flicker.

I have run this game for over a decade (Bought it first in 2003) on single core Athlons, dual core Intels, Quad Core Intels, Radeon 9700 Pro, NV 7900GS, NV 8800GT, on CRTs resolution 1024x768 to 1600x1200, on LCDs: 17": 1280x1024, 24":1920x1200, and 30": 2560x1600, using Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows 7-64.

It has worked flawlessly on all of them. You just need Good GPU drivers and setup, proper OS setup (Win XP compatibility mode these days). If you are having issues with some resolution showing black boxes, that is a GPU/OS scaling issue, not a game issue.

A must for any resolution IMO, is to set the "High Resolution Font". This should be the default.

Bottom checkbox on the Advanced Video Options:

More details here:
http://nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Options_menu

That gives you a bigger, high contrast font. It is better than most of the replacement fonts that people have modded.

If you find the UI still to small for you with high resolution font, try running at:
1600x900: This is the same aspect as 1920x1080, but will make all the UI elements slightly bigger.
1280x720: This is also the same aspect 1920x1080, but will make all the UI elements much bigger.

That isn't to eliminate flicker, that is to make things bigger if it is too small for you.
