What do I do with Baram's head? I gave Kurth's head to Baram and then I killed Baram afterwards.

It's useless, you can toss it.

The only purpose of Kurth's head is to give it to Baram, and the only use of Baram's head is to give it to Kurth.

I killed both Baram and Kurth and gave their heads to great Wizard who gave me ring of immortality in return.
