No matter what resolution i pick, the game defaults to 800x600. I picked my screens native resolution of 1920x1080 and it defaults to an 800x600 screen in the middle surrounded by black. How can i fix this? Thanks.

I have the same problem. I choose a higher resolution but the menus are still very small. How did you fix it?

If anyone needs the solution, I finally figured it out but it requires running it in Windowed mode to get it fullscreen, at least for me.

Go to the nwm.ini file and make sure it includes this:

FullScreen=0
AllowWindowedMode=1 > this line needs to be added
Width=1280 > set resolution to whatever you want
Height=800 > Same as above step....

And then I run it directly from the nwnmain exe as, if I run it from the desktop icon I don't have video or sound. From then on, it runs in Windowed mode and with video and sound working.

That fixed it for me. Hopefully it will for you too :)

For some bizarre reason, this only worked ONE time. As soon as I shut down my computer and then repowered it, I'm back to no video, stuttering sound and a mini game in the middle of my screen.

GUESS WHAT GOG - THIS GAME IS NOT FIXED AND DOES NOT RUN PROPERLY.
