I just purchased NWN last night, and submitted a ticket for keys. I was wondering what the average wait is ?

I saw some posts about a mail problem like a month ago, surely thats been fixed right ? I was a bit skeptical about using GoG, but resorted to it when i could not find a copy in any of my local stores.

That problem a month ago was fixed as it was due to a power outage I believe. I am sure it will take at least a couple of days or so considering thats how long on average it takes support people to respond.

If it's going to take "days" i should have just ordered it off Amazon.com......

I asked for the CD key yesterday evening, and received them this morning. So about 12 hours for me. Not bad :-)

Ok looks like i got them this morning. They just got sent to the spam folder, my fault.

Been waiting a couple of days for mine. I did buy it Friday afternnon, (PST) though...so maybe the weekend has a skeleton staff at GoG. Can't wait to jump into some of the persistent worlds still going. Can't belive how many people still play this game.

GOG is closed over the weekends, so you won't get a response until Monday at the earliest.

Does gog not send you some form of email confirmation when you send in a ticket?

I think I accidentally left my username on the message and not my full name (should have read the instructions before sending!).
Will it still be responded to do you think or should I resend?

For what it's worth, I also did *not* receive any kind of email confirmation after submitting my key request. Just the message that pops up on the form screen.
I submitted the request late last night, around 11:30 pm CST (or early morning in Poland). No keys yet... still waiting.

I submitted a multiplayer key request two or three days ago and still haven't got a reply yet.

Well...now it is Christmas....

make sure you check in the spam folders too. Thats what my email did with my key-email.

I ordered this game on the 18 and got the keys on 23... That should make the response time about 5 days? Also, as others have said, check your spam folder. While I didn't have that problem this time around, many support notifications I've received from GOG have made their way into the spam folder many of times in the past....

Given that they don't read the key-request emails on the weekend I would say thats a response time of 3 days, and mine arrived within 24 hours(yours may have been delayed due to the sales they are having and the season).
