Does anyone know how a deity's favored weapon Focus is granted to Clerics with the War Domain?

How about how a deity's favored weapon Focus and Specialization are granted to a Favored Soul?

I know where the actual feats are declared, in the NWN2_deities.2da. What I am looking for is the actual scripting that grants these feats, as well as, perhaps, a brief explanation of how the script acuires the needed information, such as character class, level, and deity, and then applies the correct feat for the War domain, or the correct feat for the favored soul at the correct level.

I, along with help from someone in another forum at the neverwinter vault tried a code he created, it seems to work, but may also be limited. If we could see the actual script toat does it for the War domain or the Favored Soul, that would be a great resource.
