Hi guys,

I couldnt find any informations about this issue online so I hope somebody can help me:

I have to go to the old owl well and the game freezes right at the beginning of the cutscene. I can see some bushes wave in the wind but even after 15 minutes nothing changes. I cant skip the video either.

Is there any solution?

Check to see if your last save file contains a grobnar.ros file.
If not, you can copy the ros file from an earlier save.
If need be, you can start a new game and skip the tutorial and get the ros file from the first save in your room.
Check you also have zhjaeve and armmon jerro's ros files as well, or you will have problems when they first appear.

I managed to work my way through the orc dungeon and escort the guy back to Neverwinter. Now I wanted to enter the old owl well again but I cant cause the cutscene with Katriona wont start. I cant enter the world map....

It's been a while since I played the Original Campaign, and I have a memory like a sieve.
So I'm not really sure where you are.
Are you just leaving the Bonegnasher Clan and have not yet met Casavir?
Or are you leaving the Eyegouger Clan after finding the "real emissary"
If the cutscene with Katriona you mention, is actually the cutscene where you meet Casavir, then does your save file have a casavir.ros?

What is the location in your savenfo.txt (in your current saved game)
