I've raised Gann to lvl 20 in MotB, but when I try to level him up to 21, he stops; it won't let me select spells for him, so I can't continue. does he pick up a prestige class later, or is there a glitch?

Two factos here: 1) Once the epic leaves are reached (+21th lvl) there are not new spells gained neither new class features.
2) Gann is a spirit shaman spirit (predefined spell list), therefore he can't learn new spells like happens with the Wizards


You will be able to change spells already known by other each certain levels:
Starting at their 6th class level, and every two levels after, spirit shamans can replace one known spell with a new spell of the same level. The spell that can be replaced must be two spell levels below (or lower) than what the spirit shaman can currently cast (1st level spell at 6, 1st or 2nd level spell at 8, 1st or 2nd or 3rd level spell at 10, and so forth, up to 20th level).

Basically is not a bug, those are the D&D 3.5 rules. So, only mods are the alternatives to this mechanism.
But if you increment his spellcraft constantly Gann will get access to the divine epic spells (Can't remember right now but I think the most powerful divine epic spell requires 27 rank points).

Darn. Guess it's time to go find a mod then.

Also, your english isn't too bad-I'll give it a 7/10. Trust me, I've seen some real shit.

Do you have any suggestions for a Gann leveling mod?

I experienced the same problem, although I'm not sure the cause is the same. I was unable to advance Gann to new level, Next button at spell selection screen was inactive. I found that installed Kadrein Prc Pack add new 0-level spell for epic dragon form available for shapeshifters. This spell doesn't get automatically added with Recommended button. I added it manually and continued normally.
