Well I tried it with the solution I found on the internet. Just to patch the game with the "NWNGerman1.69HotUUpdate" but it doesn't work. Alyways a message appears, that the patch doesn't suit to the language of the game. So can anybody please help me?

Have you tried simply replacing the dialog.tlk and dialogf.tlk files?

Go here and download the "dialogtlk_169_v6.rar" file and replace both in your NWN directory with these.

If that doesn't work, first thing I would try is re-installing NWN as the patch you used may have corrupted game files.
