I had a problem, resolved it and sharing my solution. If you don't understand what UI Scaling does, it's on you. My solution only influences the font size.

Your "problem" has nothing to do with this old thread that had an actual problem in NWN diamond version. You should have just posted you own thread, rather than thread necro one that really doesn't match.
As someone who used to play in Diamond for many years, font scaling was a big problem, and I also imported a bigger font and then ran into the problem that without a scaling the UI you will sometimes get missing text in the UI.
I understand what UI scaling does. It was main reason I upgraded to EE. I'm using it with 1.5X and it works perfectly. The point is to scale both the UI and the Text together so you get readable text and you don't end up breaking the UI by putting in a mismatched oversized font. Something you want to do for unknown reasons.
