Like the title suggest, i'm using a dual monitor setup.
As for camera controls, i prefer using the middle mouse button which leads to one very unfortunate issue:
The game doesn't lock the to the game window.

Since camera controls with the middle mouse button is rather slow and requires quite a lot of travel, i often move my cursor to the other screen, where the camera just spazzes out completely.

Does anyone know of a workaround or can point me to an option i might have overlooked ?
