Will it run under Win 10?
Can it be played in isometric perspective?
And/or are battles tactical/stoppable to issue orders?

Does someone know? :-)

Oh, and by the way: The same questions go for NWN 2 ...

While I don't run Windows 10, some people have asked about its compatibility with NWN 1 and NWN 2. These are probably the most relevant threads that will answer many of your questions:

NWN1 and/or NWN2 Windows 10
NWN2 and Win10?
Any chance that NWN1 might get a compatibility patch in the future?

Short answers:
- Both will run under Win 10, though you may have to do some legwork (the above threads should help point you in the correct direction).

- Both can be played in isometric perspective, but not in the same way as games like Baldur's Gate/Torchlight/etc. NWN 1 can be largely fixed but you are free to change the perspective if you wish. For NWN 2, the camera is more difficult to adjust to get the perspective you want, but with some work you should be able to get it done.

- Both are real-time, not turn-based. NWN 1 has pause though, so you can plan ahead, but you only control your main character while your party members follow. They can be issued orders though, but that's somewhat limited. I haven't played NWN 2 much and not for a while, but I believe it's similar except you can control each party member, not just your main character.
I've had no problems running NWN1 on Windows 10

I have had some performance issues with NWN2 on my Windows 10 machine, but I think it just doesn't like my hardware setup (common issue with NWN2) and worked fine after some tinkering with the graphics settings.

Both games have pause features. They're the same "real time turn based" hybrid style gameplay as Baldur's Gate.

To get it running on windows 10 but like with windows 7 and 8 you May need to do some work arounds and compatibility mode setting to get it to run. But before you start tweaking anything, a few users have said to try these settings over on the biowere forums

Run the game twice (for a short period of time), once at 800x600 (initial display setting) and then again at 1920x1080 (recommended monitor display setting).

With both display settings there might be a slight stutter in the beginning of the intro movie, so slight as to be almost unnoticeable. It should also Run the toolset without any issues.
If that fails then you want to try getting your windows 10 to run some compatibility modes for windows xp service packs 2 or 3.

Good luck.

NWN1:
Win10: Yes.
Iso Perspect: It's 3D, but you can fix your camera.
Tactical/Pause: You can pause it, but you only control your character in NWN1.

NWN2:
Yes
Same as NWN1, but the camera control is wonky.
Yes and you can issue commands to all your team in certain modules.
