cannot finish this quest because when i cannot open the door to release the real waterdeep
emmissary none of my party can open the door because i had to take casavir and discard my rogue, anybody had this problem before , all i get when trying to open the door is sucess not possible.

The door has a 28 open lock DC, but it only has a minor spike trap and 15 hit points, you shouldn't have any trouble bashing it.
To quote Pentin "By the Gods, if this is the first locked door you've encountered in your life, then we really are doomed"

Try to break the door. Hold right mouse button on the door, than choose "Break" from the menu.
