Doesn't look like it. Beats me why they give a lesser discount for the Digital Deluxe edition, even though it's exactly the same - it's pretty misleading. If you buy the items individually, you could also save some more money by skipping stuff like the portrait pack (seeing that you can easily create your own portraits from any internet source anyway), but that's up to you, of course.
