got a reply from support about the serial keys for multi player .. it instructs me to go to gog website and click on my game but .... my games are not listed there and even if i do a search for them, it brings them up, but is asking me to buy them again.. WHERE DID ALL MY GAMES GO and how to get the serial keys??????

Are you using GALAXY? Open gog website from a browser (like Chrome or Firefox). Click your nickname. You will see "MY COLLECTION" with the number of games you own next to it. You can find NWN there , click MORE and then SERIAL KEYS.

If you are not seeing any games there, make sure you did not buy the game with an other account. Or you can contact support.
