There is a qide quest called "Party" on the game guide under chapter1, and I don't know how to initiate the quest. Help!!

Hmm.. maybe it's the start of the Hang Over quest, not sure. Go to the Blue Strips HQ, building left of the Inn , and have fun! =)

(will check my journal and come back)
