pedroantonio: My Pc:
I5 2500 (quad core 3.3 Ghz)
8 GB DDR3
Radeon HD5870 1 GB (Gigabyte branded)
Windows 7 64 bits.
In CCC I have everything with the "application controlled" setting. In the game I have everything to ultra except bloom and motion blur (i dont like them); LOD distance far, texture memory Very Large. Ubersampling disabled (this is undoubtedly the frame killing option). Resolution 1920x1080.
With this setting I get an average of 45 fps running around the starting camp.
Basicly the same spec as me and im the same 40+fps never below 30 60 indoors so its not all ATI cards I5 2500 (quad core 3.3 Ghz)

pedroantonio: I have installed Ati Tray Tools, is a set of tweaking tools for ati cards, and it comes with an OSD functionality that puts a frame counter on a corner of the screen.
For the same purposes, many people use Fraps:

ASvinda: I can reccommend RadeonPro, it has more features than Ati Tray tools imo. For the same purposes, many people use Fraps:
