The screen blurs in and out and there is green lines and areas moving on the screen just like some potion effect but i dont have any activated. High level, can it be an ability?

No just started a new chapter, had in in the last also. its like its some sort of mutation effect or such, buts its really getting annoying. Didnt have it the first many hours when i started playing the game in the beginning. Must be some ability/mutagen thing.

Started a new game and maxed out my abilities, no screen effect.
Have some mutagens and runes in old game will check it out.

Did you ever determine what causes the effect? I thought it was from being under the influence of potions for too long but I was never sure.

Is it possible your video card is overheating and causing artifacts?

Well I just got to Act III on my 2nd play through, & this is rather annoying, it needs to end when the timer does. Good to know you can meditate it out but having to disable something as well? Sigh. Here's to hoping for it fixed in next patch, as it followed me through endlessly until I reloaded from my last save. I think unless it is isolated it should be added to the list of bugs/glitches maybe.

Nope, it's not isolated, I used Berserk a lot, and the graphical effect didn't vanish after the Berserk went off, I needed to wait until all the pots effect went off too.

Definitely a bug to be fixed.
