The Witcher 2 item database says someone(shop Polikarp) in Act 3 sells Harvall, I can't seem to find the seller. Anybody know the exact location? I figured it was the circus guy that sells swords but he didnt have it and I'm not spotting any other shops that I havnt been to.

polykarpe can be found outside the gates...in the camp of the order of the flaming rose...just in the beginning of chapter 3...he's the only person you can talk to or trade with...so you cant miss him
