There are mini-bugs in High Quality/Quality/ Hunting Steel Swords_Stats entries (in-game name - Cutlass): in all three items in both crirtical effects a ZERO character is missing in min. entry,thus making them astrongly overpowered.(50-80 bleeding and poisoning chance).
Found this while exploring pack0 contents and confirmed by crafting in game.
Not a big bug but definetly a minor to fix.
