And..are you testing FPS in the same area and night cycle? I've noticed with this game night/day/weather make a big difference. You could be pulling 50 FPS and then it turns day and raining and you might drop 10 FPS. So you always have to compare the same spot. I have a save game I use at a particular spot in my game to compare any time I make changes or install a patch etc..
