I bought the game a couple weeks ago and beat it a few days ago, but I couldn't find anywhere that tells me what's in the Enhanced Edition.

I know there's new quests, textures, etc., but what exactly are the new quests?

well, since you just brought the game and played all the quest, you can't tell the difference. But if you played the game before the Enhanced Edition, you will know the difference between the EE and non-EE.

If you go to Program Files/The Witcher 2 and open the Readme file you'll read exactly which quests are included in Enhanced Edition.
