Will there be a way to get saves from PC version of Witcher 2 to PS4 version of Witcher 3?

It's probably too early to say and even if, I suspect nobody on these forums will know. However I'd suggest you should ask that question on the official Witcher forums over at http://en.thewitcher.com/forum/ where the devs sometimes hang out.

Well there would be 2 ways
1st way
USB stick data shifting -> but big problem would be file system on ps4 --- this might not work
2nd way
Online saves or possibility to upload/create profile but we would go for drm this way and its not ethical i believe.
