TL;DR ahead; I think the screenshot speaks for itself; appreciate any help!
So I updated my GeForce drivers to the latest as of writing (301.42).
Manually set the appropriate settings in the Launcher for my PC, which range from high to ultra. And no, its not an overheating GPU (I mean, with these textures??)
This would be my second playthrough and second install of the game (first time with the EE). Not sure why textures won't load, or in this case seem to load the lowliest of the low.
Oh and also, the uninstaller freezes up if I click "No" to "Delete Save Games?". If I click "Yes" to the prompt, the uninstaller literally "uninstalls" in a second, but nothing gets removed, so I manually remove the TW2 folder.
Anyway, reinstalling now to see if this solves my issue (also note that installing takes a good while...don't recall it taking this long--like 15 minutes and counting--the first time I played). Could this all be related to .NET Framework 4? Seems Steam users are having issues with that.
Thanks!
EDIT: Nevermind, reinstalled and that seemed to work. My first install must've been borked because the Launcher never prompted me to update. Now that I've got patches 3.1 and 3.2 up and running the game is once again working.
