My monitor can only 1920X1080 and I can't see the edge of the game. I can't make any setup, to modify, if it possible at all. Can help me somebody?

Did you try going from the main start up menu, to Options> Rescale Hud, are the little arrows at the corner of the screen?

If that doesn't help, what video card do you have.?
If Nvidia, right click on your desktop to open the Nvidia Control Panel and go to Adjust Desktop Size and Position.
Try switching "Perform Scaling On" from Display to GPU, or visa versa.
You could also try Override scaling mode set by games and programs.
