hello. lately im having problems with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. For a month, the game generally didnt, work and now the game ihas a small screen, it doesn't run the starting cinematics and it doesn'r have a sound. can somebody help me?

What GPU, CPU, RAM and OS does you PC have?

now the keyboard and the mouse aren't reacting to the game but the other problems were solved
