The heads of monsters used on the horse are not giving to sell nor to put in the locker, they are accumulated and leaving the gerald heavier

I tried to repair more did not work, all the Ekhidna and Griffin trophies are in red, I can not save and sell

a trophy stays in your inventory until you speak to the contract giver. it's like proof that you've carried out the task, then you can do what you want with it.
