Hi, my problem is, i can´t save the Game.
I played last in august 2018 (patch was 1.31) and now i want to play again. But if i want to save a game, nothing is happens. If i start a new game also. I can´t save. No auto-save, no manually.

The patch is the same, 1.32 was a minor patch that only includes Chinese language.
I never saw this, you have this path?? C:\Users\"name"\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves
Try disabling cloud saves too
